HairLoss.Com (HLDC) reserves the right to refuse to publish any advertisement for any reason.  HLDC reserves the right to correctly classify any advertisement and to delete or modify any words or phrases deemed to be objectionable.

If you submit an advertisement to a HLDC sales representative, this does not constitute an agreement for publication or ongoing publication.  HLDC cannot be held liable for failure to publish an advertisement as requested.  Under no circumstances shall HLDC be held liable for consequential damages of any kind for any reason.
