Hair Loss Relationships

Relationships and Hair Loss

When our relationships are healthy and fun, life is healthy and fun.

For most of us, relationships – romantic and platonic – are the most important and meaningful parts of our lives. When healthy, our relationships are the greatest source of joy and love in our lives. When they are not healthy, or when we lose relationships, we suffer a great deal.

When we lose our hair, short-term or long-term, the often-times emotional issues that are stirred up can affect virtually every part of our lives, including our cherished relationships. As it is, cultivating successful relationships is an art and a science; a collection of daily “yogas” or practices; a blend of awareness and mindfulness.

Whether your hair loss is complicating your relationships or not, one thing is certain: We need people in our lives. From family members to spouses, lovers to friends – and even co-workers – we must learn the skills and insights necessary to deepen our relationships and to increase the joy and love in our lives.
