Madison Santoro of Central Valley recently donated 11 inches of hair to Locks of Love, a non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to those suffering from long-term medical hair loss. Nicole Devita of Maria D’Agostino Hair Artistry provided the haircut. Madison’s donation was made in memory of family friend Jeanne Gold.
