Lifestyle

Whether you suffer from hair loss, accept your hair loss or celebrate it, one thing everyone can agree on is this:  life moves forward and while hair loss is something big in our lives, it isn’t everything.  There still remains much we can do to look and feel good while we suffer, accept or celebrate.

There remain two choices for us.  We can choose to throw in the towel, let our bodies go, stop dressing to impress, eat the wrong foods, isolate ourselves, not laugh and take it all to our jobs.  Or we can choose to perfect other parts of our lives, even if we may never have perfect hair again.  We can allow Health, Fitness and Nutrition writer Russ Klettke to guide us to achieving healthy eating habits and a healthy body.  Allow Entertainment writer Craig Butler to make us smile with his keen and witty insights into Entertainment.  Or hit up Mitch Newman, “The Relationship Coach” for his advice on how to keep your relationships healthy and joyful by reading “Dear Mitch” each week.

Or … you can go to your blog – or walk to the piano, or get a pad of paper and pen, or grab a canvas and easel  - and write and share and express and exercise your own creative energy.  You will find that actively being creative will add more joy and meaning to your life than sitting in front of the television and using up the precious moments of your life watching other people live their lives.   Entertainment is important to inspire us to create, thereby creating joy and meaning in our lives.

That, too, is the purpose of HairLoss.Com.   Have FUN!
