HairLoss.com is seeking to raise public awareness about the many sensitive issues surrounding hair loss in both Men and Women (and even Children).  You can aid our public awareness campaign by creating an original video that highlights a particular message approved by HairLoss.Com’s Video Contest Guidelines.

CONTEST PERIOD

Contest period runs from June 1 to August 31, 2010
Contest Winners will be announced on HLDC on September 15, 2010

A video camera valued at $500

Second Prize:

CONCEPT

Create a 60-second “Public Service-Style Announcement” that captures one or more of the following ideas and concepts:

• Hair Loss is no Laughing Matter.
• Restoring Hair is about Restoring Life
• Hair is important.
• Accept Your Hair Loss (I am More than my Hair)
• You may also create a video designed around your own compassionate and positive message.

PROCESS

Create a 60 second original video that is dramatic, informative and makes a compelling case.

Some simple guidelines:

• You must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
• You must include the logo and website URL for HairLossDotCom.  | Download here
• Your video must be 60 seconds long maximum.
• Your video must be 60 seconds long minimum
• Your video must be submitted to YouTube using the steps below.
• You may only submit one entry during the contest period.
• Style and Genre are up to you.  Utilize Animation, Comedy, Drama or Documentary, etc.

Our Judges will judge each video based on the following criteria:

• Creativity
• Concept
• Use of information
• Originality
• Overall presentation
